I have had no problems with any thing on the truck. Besides the things you expect to replace, I can say the engine runs great with Quaker State. At any time, something major could have gone out like a transmission etc. prior to 300k, and I would not have bothered to fix it as the truck is not worth a big expense. But so far, all is holding up.
